This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Fit4U regarding the use of TrackM8 software and services.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TrackM8 on your personal device for lawful purposes only.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

  • Rent, sell, sublicense, or exploit the App commercially.

  • Use the App in ways that violate local or international laws.

3. Ownership

All rights, title, and intellectual property in TrackM8 belong to Fit4U. You are granted a license to use the App, not ownership of the software.

4. Updates & Changes

We may provide automatic updates or modifications to improve functionality, fix bugs, or enhance security. Continued use after updates means you accept them.

5. Data & Privacy

TrackM8 processes personal data (e.g., location, account details) as necessary to provide services. By using the App, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Safe Use of Location Features

  • Location sharing is only available with mutual consent.

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring legal and appropriate use of location services.

  • Misuse of tracking features (e.g., stalking, harassment) may result in termination and reporting to authorities.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license if you violate this EULA. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and stop using the Services.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App.

9. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Pakistan.
