This California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”) and California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (“CPRA”) Notice applies to California residents (“consumers” or “you”). It is part of our Privacy Policy, and any terms used here have the same meaning as in that policy.

Automatically: App usage, SDK analytics, crash reports
Third Parties: Google Sign‑In, cloud hosting providers, advertising and analytics partners

Provide core functions (real‑time tracking, SOS, zone alerts)
Authenticate and manage your account
Improve and secure our App
Send notifications (SOS, zone alerts)
Process subscriptions and in‑app purchases
Serve personalized content and ads
(D) Disclosure for Business Purposes
We share your information with service providers under contract to:
Host and operate our App (Google Cloud, AWS)
Provide analytics and performance monitoring (Firebase, Google Maps)
Deliver and measure advertising (AdMob, Meta Audience Network)
Process payments (Google Play)
(E) Sale or Sharing for Cross-Contextual Behavioral Advertising
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, we may share the following categories for personalized ads:
Identifiers (Category A)
Location Data (Category D)
Usage Data (Category E)
Consumers can opt out of sharing for targeted advertising (see Part II).
(F) Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes above or as required by law. Specific retention:
Account & location data: until account deletion + 30 days
Anonymized analytics: 6 months
Fraud logs: 30 days
Transaction records: 1 year
(G) Children Under 16
We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 16. If we learn we have, we promptly delete it.
