Welcome to TrackM8, a GPS family locator app operated by Fit4U (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TrackM8 and its related services (the “App” or “Services”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be 13 years or older to use TrackM8.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising younger users where permitted by law.

2. User Responsibilities

  • Use TrackM8 only with mutual consent. Tracking others without their knowledge or consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Do not misuse the App for stalking, harassment, or illegal activities.

  • Keep your login details secure and do not share your account.

3. Permissions & Data Use

TrackM8 requires certain device permissions for its core features:

  • Location (Foreground & Background): For real-time GPS tracking and alerts.

  • Camera & Photos: For optional profile photo and GPS-tagged photo sharing.

  • Microphone (if enabled): For voice navigation and SOS features.

  • Notifications: To deliver alerts, SOS updates, and important account messages.

4. Account & Access

  • You may sign up via Google or email.

  • You may delete your account at any time from within the app (see Account Deletion).

  • If you violate these Terms, we may suspend or terminate your access.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

TrackM8 may offer in-app purchases or premium features.

  • Payments are processed securely via Google Play.

  • Refunds are subject to Google Play’s refund policy.

6. Limitations of Liability

TrackM8 is a tool to assist in family location and safety. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of GPS data.

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate location data, connectivity issues, or misuse of the App.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in-app or on our website. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms.
